During this event, you are going to taste many different extra virgin olive oils, learn how to recognize a real EVOO from an adulterated or rancid oil, experience the different tastes of oils based on different olive varieties, production and storage conditions. If you would love to experience an olive oil and food pairing activity and learn how to correctly combine specific olive oils with different foods (in order to transform a simple dish into something extraordinary simply by using the right olive oil), we will have to work together with your private chef.
